Opened in 2022 in a renovated 1860s mule barn, Paloma Suerte preserves elements of Texas history. The dining area, decorated with colorful papel picados and a deconstructed piñata, blends old west charm with Mexican vibrancy. An extensive outdoor seating area offers scenic views of the Stockyards riverwalk, reminiscent of those south of the border.
