Paloma Suerte, one of Chef Tim Love’s latest concepts, brings Fort Worth Tex-Mex to life with authentic Mexican cuisine! From Birria tacos to flavorful fajitas, paired with a full bar of boozy libations, Paloma Suerte is your destination for a vibrant dining experience.

Opened in 2022 in a renovated 1860s mule barn, Paloma Suerte keeps a touch of Texas history alive. The dining area, decked out with colorful papel picados and a giant deconstructed piñata, mixes old west charm with Mexican flair. The outdoor seating area gives you great views of the scenic Stockyards riverwalk, reminding you of spots south of the border. With margaritas flowing, mariachis playing, and unique food, Paloma Suerte is the perfect spot for a lively fiesta!
